I love movies. Action movies are one of my favorites. And nothing is more entertaining than a movie with a great team. I'm a sucker for good characters. This entry came about after watching several movies with great teams, either specially trained or just knowledgeable in their field, and they all die before the movie reaches the halfway point. Am I missing something? Did the people in charge have a brain fart? Isn't there some sort of review board that previews this shit before it hits the theater? Isn't there one person in these meetings with enough balls to speak up and spare me the pain of sitting through disappointing shit? Someone has to be watching it and be like....Hey guys, this sucks and makes no sense. This team trained for 25 years, shouldn't they be able to kill something?

Movies with awesome teams that die fast = SUCK.
Reign of Fire.
I love dragons. Mythical creatures, great concept. This movie has a team that has trained to kill dragons. They show up, looking awesome with the shot of them in front of the helicopter...they are called Archangels. I am expecting to see these guys and gal, kick some dragon ass. Capture a dragon, shoot it with a net...any fucking thing...these Archangels die. Quick. Painful. Disgraceful. The coward guy save the day. No training, no nothing! I was so very disappointed in this. But I like the movie none the less and would recommend it.

Aliens
I'll make this quick. You've probably all seen it. Ripley, no training. Marines...all die. As a matter of fact. In all of them - trained team and she lives.
